USHCC National Convention Wrap Up

The USHCC National Convention is the largest networking venue for Hispanic businesses in America. For over a generation, the USHCC has served as the nation’s leading Hispanic Business organization, working to bring more than 4.37 million Hispanic owned businesses to the forefront of the national economic agenda. Our 2018 National Convention brought together Hispanic business owners, corporate executives and members of more than 200 local Hispanic chambers of commerce from across the country. The event offered the opportunity to establish strategic long-lasting business partnerships, through dialogue, networking, workshops, and more. This year, the National Convention also marked a pivot in the history of the USHCC. We announced our new President & CEO Ramiro Cavazos, as the USHCC enters a new era in leadership, advocacy, and growth.

Our 2018 National Convention placed a focus on providing opportunities to obtain tangible skills at our convention. Whether this was at our larger events or more intimate workshops, we strive to move away from the “chicken dinner” stereotypes about conventions and instead ensure that all attendees were able to leave with something real that could help them improve professionally or otherwise. We look forward to continuing to bring diverse and engaging content to our audiences and hope to see you in Los Angeles in October 2019!
